1. The Food Combinations
For Skin Moistured, Vitamin A + Vitamin C Protein + Vitamin C Iron + Vitamin C To Reduce Tiredness 90%, Vitamin B2 + Vitamin E Iron + Folic Acid Vitamin C + Vitamin E For Strong Bone, Vitamin D + Calcium Vitamin K + Calcium 2. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Time Breakfast Time from 7am to 9am After wake 30 minutes, must have breakfast ! Before 8am must be done with your breakfast. Lunch Time from 11am to 1pm Dinner Time from 5pm to 7pm, best before 9pm. 3.
