For Skin Moistured, Vitamin A + Vitamin C Protein + Vitamin C Iron + Vitamin C To Reduce Tiredness 90%, Vitamin B2 + Vitamin E Iron + Folic Acid Vitamin C + Vitamin E For Strong Bone, Vitamin D + Calcium Vitamin K + Calcium 2. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Time Breakfast Time from 7am to 9am After wake 30 minutes, must have breakfast ! Before 8am must be done with your breakfast. Ageing and disease, 90% are all developed from what you eat ! Everyday is about eat, did everyone really know about how to eat ? Never just rely on the knowledge you have to predict what you should or shouldn't eat, that is really a misconception.
Here comes a few questions. #1 Scare of becoming fat, NO Rice, Only Vegetables ? A wrong action. In long run, your body metabolism will have problems if you are taking only vegetables and meats without taking any rice. Observed 1. face looks pale, no blood colour 2. cold hands and legs 3. weak physical strength Take Proteins to replace Carbohydrates, it will only burden up the stomach for digestion, in long run, it may even cause many diseases. Carbohydrates is to provide energy. Say NO to bad carbohydrates (monosaccharides - easily get absorb by the body): 1. Soft drinks 2. Sweets 3. Cakes 4. Biscuits 5. Sugary drinks Good Carbohydrates: 1. Brown rice 2. Oatmeal or cereals Good carbohydrates + Good proteins + More vegetables + 1 portion of fruits = Healthy meal For boys - 1 - 1.5 bowls of rice + Vegetables + 1 portion of fruits For girls - 1 bowl of rice + Vegetables + 1 portion of fruits #2 Have fruits slices bought from vendors to replenish body vitamins ? Fruits from the vendors are mostly zero nutrients as the vitamins and nutrients are destroy by the environment as it is cut early and disposed to the environment for a long period of time. Therefore, it is better and best to bring fresh fruits (not cut yet, the whole fresh fruits) from home to your office. Just cut it or wash it when you want to eat it. The whole fruits like oranges, apples, guavas, strawberries, blueberries, grapes and etc. #3 Eat Raw foods with Cooked Foods It is best to consume raw foods with cooked foods together as raw foods are cold by itself therefore with cooked foods, it will be neutralized between yin and yang in our body. It is best to consume during lunch hour too as lunch hour is the maximized yang in our body to fight against cold (yin). Normally vegetables and fruits is best to consume with some add-ons nuts, grains, lettuce, cooked meats, ginger and spicy herbs. #4 Do Not Eat Too Full It is good to be in 70-80% full. It is good to take less portion but more meals. Eat slowly and chew slowly of the foods in your mouth which is better for digestion. #5 Night Hungry and Wanna Eat ? 11pm to 1am is the best time to be in sleeping soundly (no eat or burning midnight oil). If not you will be having rough skin and you will get tired easily. The latest before 7pm, you must be done with your dinner. If you really wanna eat before sleep, just get some warm milk or high fibre biscuits. When we sleep late, body tends to produce a lot of heaty substances which cause your body to be heaty therefore no heaty foods during night times. Some of the effects of sleeping late are mouth sore, bad breath, acne breakout, gum sore, easy get angry and etc. #6 Must Have Breakfast 7am to 9am time for breakfast. *Cooked Peas, Porridge, Bun/Toast, Nuts, Lettuce Salads, Fruits Juice #7 Drink Milk Everyday Good? It is not said that drinking milk everyday is good or bad. Drinking milk everyday is not as effective for the body. Therefore, you can try to substitute some days with soymilk. For example, Monday, Wednesday and Friday take milk (1/2 cup or 240ml per day) while Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday take soymilk. Other than milk, the dried fish, kelp, black sesame tends to increase Calcium as well. #8 Take Vitamin C and E to Prevent Ageing ! You can replenish more with Vitamin C and E when you are busy, stress or sick. It will helps you to get recovers faster. #9 Vegan or Meat, Good? For vegan, it is good to be consumed more of proteins such like beans, nuts, grains and vegetables to replace meats. As Vegan is not taking any meats. It is good to take Vitamin C too as it can increase Iron absorption (lemons, guavas, kiwi and tangerines). #10 Healthy Detox Program Green beans (Remove Toxic or Poison), Barley (Remove extra water in the body), Red Beans (Reduce water swollen). |
